Simone proudly joined Agro Zaffiro LLP after her call to the bar in 2018.
Simone completed her undergraduate studies at McMaster University and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. Simone returned to her hometown of Hamilton and joined Agro Zaffiro LLP.
Simone practices in civil and commercial litigation. She acts for individuals and businesses in a variety of areas including contractual disputes, construction, real estate litigation, mortgage enforcement, commercial leasing, shareholder and partnership disputes, and employment.
Simone has appeared as counsel on behalf of clients before all levels of Court in Ontario. She has also appeared before various administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal, Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Horse Racing Appeal Panel.
