Alexandra practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, with a focus on purchase, sale, leasing and financing transactions, as well as land development matters.
Alexandra regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers in connection with mortgage financings, refinancings and secured lending arrangements. She has experience reviewing and preparing loan and security documentation, coordinating closings, and working with all parties to complete transactions in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, Alexandra advises clients on commercial leasing matters, including the preparation and negotiation of leases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
Alexandra also assists clients with land development matters, including acquisitions, severances and consent applications, and coordinating with municipalities and other professionals throughout the development process. Alexandra practices with a focus on managing risk and ensuring that transactions proceed in an organized and timely manner.
In the residential context, Alexandra handles purchases, sales and refinancing transactions, taking a practical approach and ensuring that matters proceed smoothly from start to finish.
