Chris has practiced exclusively in insurance defence litigation since his 2009 call to the bar, focusing on motor vehicle and occupier tort claims, and on liability and property insurance coverage matters. He regularly brings right-to-sue tribunal applications on behalf of employers targeted in litigation. He has particular experience with discoverability issues, and has appeared on these matters in Superior Court and as lead counsel at the Court of Appeal.

Chris obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto and holds a computer science degree from York University. He articled and practiced in London, Ontario before joining Agro Zaffiro LLP in 2011. He serves clients throughout Hamilton-Niagara, the Greater Toronto Area, and southwestern Ontario.
