Kristen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the State University of New York, Buffalo, where she played Division One soccer and graduated with magna cum laude honours. Kristen went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the bar in 2017. She joined Agro Zaffiro in 2019 after working at an insurance defence boutique in Hamilton, Ontario.
Kristen’s developing civil litigation practice encompasses claims involving property damage, occupiers’ liability, construction, motor vehicle accidents, and various insurance issues, including coverage and priority disputes. She has previously acted as an agent to the Ministry of the Attorney General.
Kristen regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice along with a variety of administrative tribunals, including the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
