Sabatina has been practicing law at Agro Zaffiro LLP since her call to the Ontario bar in 2007.  She practices civil litigation with a focus on employment and commercial litigation and insurance defence.

She obtained her LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School after completing an Honours B.A. in Psychology at Guelph University. 

Sabatina represents employers and employees in all legal matters including wrongful dismissals, terminations, lay-offs, severance packages, employment contracts, statutory and regulatory compliance, discrimination/human rights violations and sexual harassment. 

She also represents insurers in the defence of bodily injury, municipal liability and occupier’s liability claims. 

Sabatina has appeared in all levels of Court including the Superior Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.  She has also appeared with success before the Human Rights Tribunal and numerous other administrative bodies. 

Sabatina is pro-bono counsel for the Canadian Vascular Access Association and a member of the Hamilton Law Association.  She has spoken at numerous conferences throughout the province and nationally on employment law issues.
