Jeffrey was born and raised in Hamilton. After receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario he obtained his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall. He articled at Agro Zaffiro and was called to the Bar in 1996.

His areas of practice consist of personal injury and insurance litigation with experience in accident benefits, priority disputes, bodily injury and occupiers’ liability. He also has a background in commercial litigation, administrative law and was previously a Standing Agent for the Attorney General of Canada.

Jeffrey is a current Board member of the Momiji Foundation and a past president of the Canadian Japanese Cultural Centre of Hamilton.
