We are currently seeking a Law Clerk – Insurance defence to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in insurance defence or plaintiff MVA and be able to work independently and within a practice group.

Some responsibilities include:

• reviewing and summarizing documents
• managing productions
• follow up on undertakings
• ensuring files are prepared for discovery and mediation.
• arranging surveillance
• booking defence medicals

This is a hybrid remote position with a minimum of 2 days per week in office and as required.
