Michelle Belbin

Michelle is the Director of Operations at Agro Zaffiro LLP, where she oversees the firm’s operations. She is committed to creating a supportive, organized, and efficient environment that empowers the legal, administrative, accounting, and IT teams to thrive.

A graduate of York University in Human Resources Management, Michelle also holds the CHRP designation. She has been an active member of the HR community, previously serving on the Board of Directors for the HRPA Hamilton Chapter. Michelle has also shared her experience and insights with emerging professionals as a guest speaker for HR students at both Mohawk College and McMaster University.

In her role, Michelle focuses on strengthening workplace culture, enhancing internal processes, and ensuring the firm’s operations run seamlessly. She values collaboration, clear communication, and practical solutions that help the firm deliver its best to clients and staff alike.
