Ian joined as an associate with the business group at Agro Zaffiro LLP in 2024. Ian practices in the areas of corporate commercial law, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and shareholder agreements.
Ian obtained a Juris Doctor from the Western University, and a Masters in Business Administrations from the University of Toronto.
Ian is a member of the Korean Overseas Traders Association of Toronto, and volunteers as a referral lawyer at Korean Legal Clinic.
Outside of law, he enjoys practicing traditional painting, hiking and volunteering at community events such as community farm harvesting.
