Emma is a litigation associate at Agro Zaffiro. She articled with the firm and happily returned as an associate after her call to the Ontario Bar in 2024. Her practice consists primarily of estates litigation and insurance defence.
Emma graduated with distinction from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science. While at McMaster, she fell in love with all that Hamilton has to offer and was eager to return to the city after law school. Emma attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Law to obtain her JD. While in Toronto, she worked with multiple legal aid organizations, and volunteered as a student moot coach. Emma’s activities in and out of class furthered her commitment to building a career in law that empowers and supports her clients.
As an associate, Emma regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the local trails with her energetic dog, baking sourdough, and learning new crafts.
