Brittney is an associate with the civil litigation group at Agro Zaffiro LLP. Her practice consists primarily of insurance defence, including claims involving motor vehicle accidents, property damage, subrogation, personal injury, occupiers’ liability, and insurance coverage disputes.

Brittney graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and returned to complete her Masters, specializing in the impact of the Second World War on international human rights. Her love for history drove her to Northern Ireland, where she completed her Bachelor of Laws at The Queen’s University of Belfast. While at QUB, she was involved with the Student Law Journal, acting as the Lead Editor in her final year of law school.

After law school, Brittney returned to Ontario, where she worked at a small boutique law firm in St. Catharines, Ontario, while completing the National Committee of Accreditation examinations. After receiving her accreditation, Brittney articled in the areas of civil litigation and family law, before being called to the Bar in 2024.

Brittney has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal. In her free time, Brittney enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending time with her family and friends.
