Caitlyn is an associate in the civil litigation group at Agro Zaffiro LLP. She articled with the firm and proudly returned as an associate after her Call to the Bar in 2025. Her practice consists primarily of insurance defence in the areas of personal injury, property damage, occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle accidents, and accident benefits disputes.

Prior to attending law school, Caitlyn attended the University of Guelph where she graduated with an Honours Bachelor Degree of Arts and a Master’s Degree of Arts in French Studies. Caitlyn attended law school at the University of Ottawa where she completed the French Common Law Program and obtained her Juris Doctor. While at the University of Ottawa, Caitlyn was an active member of the law school community, serving as the Co-President of the Association of Women and the Law and working as a Research Assistant in tort law and as a Teaching Assistant in alternative dispute resolution.

Caitlyn advocates on behalf of her clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys exploring nature, going to concerts, and spending time with friends & family.
