Braden is an associate lawyer in the civil litigation practice group at Agro Zaffiro LLP. After articling with the firm, he proudly joined as an associate after his call to the bar in 2022. Braden’s developing insurance defence litigation practice primarily consists of personal injury, occupiers’ liability, property damage, subrogation, and accident benefit disputes. Braden regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.
Braden completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science at King’s University College at Western University in 2018. He then attended the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2021.
Braden was an active member in the law school community. He competed in numerous advocacy competitions in law school, most notably the Gale Cup. Braden also had the privilege of serving clients at the Windsor Law Class Action Clinic and Legal Assistance of Windsor, where he developed a passion for client-focused advocacy.
A born and raised Hamiltonian, Braden is proud to grow his practice in his hometown. He is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Outside of work, Braden enjoys live music, hockey, and can often be found at his favourite local restaurants.
