A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Bevin was called to the Bar in 2008. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo, where she graduated magna cum laude. Bevin joined Agro Zaffiro LLP in 2019 after working with a well-known insurance defence boutique and prior to that, a full service firm in the Niagara region. Bevin draws on her experience to develop smart, results-oriented litigation strategies for her clients.

With a focus on insurance and commercial litigation, Bevin’s experience encompasses a diverse range of specialties, including commercial/construction matters, property claims, products liability, coverage and priority disputes, accident benefits matters, and defending personal injury claims. Bevin is particularly interested in the emerging legal landscape surrounding autonomous vehicles, the sharing economy, and cyber risk.

Bevin is actively interested in professional development and is a frequent speaker and presenter at legal and industry events. She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society. She is a past president of the Niagara North Community Legal Clinic Board. Outside of work, her interests include running, cooking, photography, and the occasional triathlon.
