His areas of practice consist of personal injury and insurance litigation with experience in accident benefits, bodily injury and travel insurance as well as occupiers' liability. He also has a background in commercial litigation, administrative law and is a Standing Agent for the Attorney General of Canada.

Jeffrey is a current member of the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society, Hamilton Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario. He was also the past president of the Canadian Japanese Cultural Centre in Hamilton.
